14TH DAY: JOHN 12: 44-50
JOHN 12: 44-50: Jesus said loudly:
- Whoever believes in me believes not only in me but in him who sent me. Who sees me also sees him who sent me.
I came into the world as light so that whoever believes in me should stay in darkness. If anyone hears my message and not practicing, I do not judge.
For I have come to save the world and not to judge him. Whoever rejects me and does not accept my message has one who will judge him. The words I have spoken will judge that person on the last day.
- I have not spoken on my own behalf, but the Father which sent me, hath commanded me what to say and advertise. And I know that his commandment gives eternal life. What I say is just what the Father has told me to say.
1st John 3: 1-9: How great is the love the Father for us! Your love is so great, that we are called children of God and are, in fact, their children. That is why the world knoweth us not, because it knew not God. My friends, now we are children of God, but do not yet know what we will be. But we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he really is. And every man that hath this hope in Christ purifies himself, just as Christ is pure.
He who sins is guilty of breaking God's law, because sin is breaking the law. You already know that Christ came to take away our sins and that he has no sin. So who lives in union with Christ does not continue sinning. But who continues to sin has never seen him and never met him.
My little children, let no one deceive you. He who does what is right is right, just as Christ is correct. Who continues to sin belongs to the devil because the devil has been sinning from the beginning of time. And the Son of God came to this: to destroy what the devil has done.
Who is the son of God does not continue to sin, because God gives life remains in that person. . And she can not go on sinning, because God is your Father A clear difference between the children of God and children of the devil is this: who does what is right or does not love his brother is not the son of God .
